Spider solitaire free download for mac os x. Best Kept Secret is an EP by J-88 (an alias for Slum Village). Released prior to Jay Dee's departure from Slum Village, the album has been described as the missing link between the acclaimed Fantastic 1 and Fantastic 2, and also includes a few exclusive remixes by producers Madlib, and IG Culture.[2] Although much of the material was previously unreleased, two of the tracks, 'The Look Of Love Pt. 1' and 'Keep It On', remain virtually unchanged from the versions found on Fan-Tas-Tic (Vol. 1). Fan-Tas-Tic (Vol. 1) had only been released in very limited quantities at the time and was not available to the larger public.

Slum Village has to be one of my favorite groups in Hip-Hop, wheter its there soulfull debut Fantastic Volume II, or their 2005 album called 'Slum Village', they always bring their A-Game.
Back in the day, Slum Village consisted of 3 members : Jay Dee, T3 and Baatin. When Q-tip first heard their demo, he didn't like it to much, so the group desided to do a promo album, that promo got called Slum Village, Fan-tas-tic Volume 1, this album did get good reactions by Tip, and ?uestlove it didn't got an official release till 2005, and mostly got bootlegged. in 1996 they started working on Fantastic Volume II (Vol.2 in amerika) and by 1998 it got finished, the album experienced enormous bootlegging issues, and label interscope didn't want to press the album any more, label goodvibe gave a lot of issues, and finally, Barak records pressed the album and brought it to the stores, record sales were low, while the group had a big name out.

Volume II got released in 2000 while Jay Dee already got noticed by a lot of rappers back in 1998, so in that same year (2000) Common released Like Water for Chocolate, which contained features with Slum Village, and was (almost) fully produced by mr. Jay Dee himself.Jay Dee did a lot of shit, with other cats, and started fuckin' with this group called The Ummah(which also contained Q-Tip and Ali shaheed). Dilla left Slum..However, they did release a small CD under the name of J-88, which had some pretty good shit on it. Also 2 Madlib remixes, so the first Jaylib shit ever, was done with Slum, thats just dope.

T3 really needed to Get Dis Money, and wanted to do more with Slum Village, while Baatin was starting to slack off. T3 started hooking up with an artist called Elzhi, he met in the infamous Hip-Hop shop, T3 first off wanted to be Elzhi's manager, and the best promotion would be to put Elzhi on a couple of songs of their new album.
However, as Baatin wasn't putting much effort in, and Elzhi was signed as part of the group, one of the best decisions T3 ever made.

Trinity was an interesting albums, and many stars were born on this album, Elzhi proved to be a great supplement for Slum Village, and proofed to be a full-fledged MC. Black Milk did his first beats on this joint, and Scott Storch sold his first beat, after which he became a rich bastard who fucked up Hip-Hop with his 'magic fingers'.
However, shit began to happen with Baatin, Baatin was on tour with a couple of other rappers, and the livestyle cought up with him. While Baatin was used to taking herbs, drinking tea and meditating, touring gave him bad sleep, fast food, and headaches, at a Slum Concert in Detroit, minutes before performing, Baatin lost it, He started stroling around, screaming obscenities, Baateezey was shouting to himself, the police picked him up.Later on he was seen chasing Cars in 7 Mile avenue. He also has been in a coma for almost a day.He was in no shape to be a member of the group.

I uploaded the advance, because the advance is the same as the retail, but instead has 2 tracks more.
Jup, thats Baatin not on the cover, because of his schizofrenia, Baatin had to leave the group, and T3 and Elzhi did the album as a Duo, Black Milk and Young RJ produced 11 out of 13 tracks(Read: on this advance its 13 out of 15) as the production duo B.R. Gunna (which were set to release an album at one point, but got shelved) one other track was Produced by Kanye West (you know, that Hit-Single Selfish, where John Legend also was on.) and another joint produced by Jay Dilla/Jay Dee himself. The last song on the album was a historical one, where Elzhi, J Dilla and T3 were reunited, while Baatin should also been on. One of the most emotional verses ever was done by Elzhi, and Detroit Deli is an album to never forget.
In 2005 and 2006, Fan-Tas-Tic Volume 1 saw a Re-Release, enjoy your ass over this one, it's a nice CD.A Classic. For the first time ever Volume I was available for everybody to buy. I'm not gonna speak to much, you need to check this one out:

2005 brought more then just a Re-Release of an old album, Slum Village Desided to drop another album + another mixtape (I'll up that mixtape later). Slum Village did an album totally individually, Dilla wasn't involved, and no sign of Baatin the Self-Titled Album Slum Village was a sign of maturing. And had songs never to forget.
